About Us
ROBERT BULLOCK
Safeguard & first aid trained
Robert has worked in plumbing and construction sector since leaving school.
He worked for Johnsons Plumbing and Heating until 2017, when he established his own business, Dales & Vales Plumbing & Heating.
The business has grown successfully and built a strong local client base. But feels like the time has come to pass on his knowledge that he's gathered for the past 30 years.
RACHEL BULLOCK
DSL & first aid trained
After leaving school, Rachel gained a childcare qualification and worked as a manager before taking time out to travel. After returning home she retrained as a dental nurse and greatly enjoyed the role. After starting a family, she set up her own cleaning business and quickly built a full client list.
In 2024, she decided to return to childcare and worked across Early Years and Key Stage 1. This experience provided a valuable insight into the challenges of mainstream education and the difficulties many schools are currently facing.
By combining Rachel's understanding of children’s needs and the education system with Robert’s practical knowledge of the construction industry, Core Trade Skills is well placed to fulfill local demand and the needs of nearby secondary schools.
This is Ettie, she loves cuddles, and loves to be round people and make sure we are all working hard.
This is Storm, you will get to meet storm, he likes to keep everyone safe and loves fuss. That's when he not sleeping!
